SONG ID: please help: "I wanna see the rock stop..."

My friend passed me his Hail To The Thief (Radiohead) record, which was
bought don't-know-where and obviously it's not original. Though, it's quite
allright, but track 4 is not Backdrifts as it should be, but it's this very
non-Radiohead song whose ID is still unknown to me.

The song starts with beat-drums and punctures, Chemical Bros-style, and a
catchy, simple tune in the background. Then comes the singer who sounds like
Thom Yorke-overdrunk... And sings

"I wanna see the rock stop... [??]
The rock stop, walking on my ???
Until the rock stops I
won't sleep tonight"

And that should be the chorus. Then come some very short verses but the
whole song is a lot focused on the chorus. It's been so long that I tried to
discover the band name behind that song.
Would you please help me! :-)))

Right, I know that song, and I'm sure that's not the one I was asking for.
The tune I was talking about has a beat definitely slower than Apollo 440's
track, and it's more catchy-pop-style, even if the singer's voice as I said
was more... Crooner-like.

Yup that's right, but *my* track apparently has a rougher audio and
punctures. Reminds me more of the old CB.

Downloaded the whole dicography and nothing...
And I've found it somehow, still don't know how.
