Ok, this is bugging me and my mate as to what the name of a song is
and who sings it.

I know like some of the lyrics and I know the song is only about two
years old and was on MTV.

I thought it was called "Whatever" or "yeah whatever", because the guy
repeats "yeah, whatever".
Some of the words are ".............this is my united states of
whatever, because this is my united states of whatever......"
"...I was standing on the corner, in my leather, and officer Leeroy
says; I thought I told you..., and I said; Yeah whatever......."

And through the song he keeps going "yeah whatever" and "...coz this
is my united states of whatever".


Please, please, please can anyone put me and me mate out of our misery
as to what this song is called or who the guy is that sings it. Well
it isn't really sung, its more like he speaks all the words of the
song.
