Req: Patricia by Perez Prado

I'm looking for just a couple of words to the song Patricia by Perez
Prado, from 1958.

There seems to be one version on a number of sites, all obviously
copied from each other. One of the words is missing, and the line "Who
cares, long Uncle Sam has got Patricia" doesn't make much sense, unless
it's supposed to be "long AS Uncle Sam".

I can't find an original recording with lyrics to try and transcribe.
