A question about the lyrics of "Rough & Ready" by Trace Adkins

It's on the second verse.

Work Boots, one blue suit,
Size too small, don't wear it at all,
Unless somebody kicks, gets hitched,
That's a bitch, makes me itch.

What does "somebody kicks" mean? I know that "gets hitched" means "gets married"
The size of his one blue shirt is too small because he hardly wears it at all.
Does "somebody kicks" mean "somebody dies"?

ps. "bitch" here means "something unpleasant for him" "a pain in his ass"?

Yes. More commonly you will see it in the longer form "kicks the
bucket", but that would have too many syllables for this song lyric.

The song reference to "one blue suit" is not referring to a shirt,
rather the formal jacket and trousers of a business suit. That would
commonly be worn with a white shirt (more formal), a light blue shirt
(for a blue or grey suit) or even a light yellow shirt (for a brown
suit). He wears work or casual clothes almost all the time, he wears
a suit so seldom (weddings and funerals only) that it isn't worth
while for him to buy a new one in his current size (presumably he has
put on weight over the years).
