Obscure 80s New wave ?"Boy In Fever In a Movie Theater"

My wife has been looking for the artist behind the lyrics we got off an 80s
mix tape we have. The song has a female singer a sorta reggae backbeat also
a flute. We checked many lyric sites. Ran different google searches on the
lyrics. She has asked on some kind of yahoo answers website. Have posted
the song in alt.binaries.punk on march 27 and in
alt.sounds.mp3.binaries.indie on the 28th. I had basically given up when I
discovered this newsgroup.


Some of the lyrics as follows:
